My client is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join their innovative and growing team. This is a results-driven role ideal for an experienced digital marketer with a passion for showcasing how marketing can make a difference to a company's success. You will be instrumental in driving customer growth across all channels, supporting lead generation journeys, and enhancing their overall online presence.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Drive customer growth across multiple channels, including digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, and referral programs.
  • Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding, and budget management.
  • Enhance SEO efforts through keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
  • Execute and manage outbound email nurture campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximise ROI and achieve KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, PPC, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as MailChimp, Pareto, HubSpot, Salesforce etc...
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytic tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse results, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
