A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Component Technician for a permamanet contract on behalf of our client based in Rayleigh.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, repairs, and overhauls on a wide range of aircraft components, including but not limited to landing gear, avionics, hydraulic systems, and propulsion systems.
- Utilize technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot component issues.
- Conduct tests and inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure components meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Document all maintenance actions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are in proper working conditions.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2years of experience in aircraft component maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8am-4.30pm
