About the Role:
As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in managing outstanding debts and supporting the Credit Control team.
Duties will include:
- Chasing overdue debts
- Managing and taking ownership of client accounts
- Keeping financial records updated
- Identifying and escalating potential payment risks
- Resolving payment queries
- Supporting with various ad-hoc tasks
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have prior experience in Credit Control, with strong Excel skills (including pivot tables and V-lookups). A confident telephone manner, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential.
