Content Creator & Community Manager
We are looking for a Content Creator & Community Manager to join our marketing team to be the first point of online contact with our community AND our voice on social media. Reporting to our Head of Marketing, this is an incredibly important role for Franco Manca and we are looking for a super star!
It will take energy, creativity and natural talent in social to succeed in this role! You will get a bonus to reward excellent performance, a laptop, phone, flexible working and A LOT of sourdough pizza.

About the Job
Content Creator
- Be the voice of Franco Manca on social media, capture and create best in class engaging content
- Alongside our Marketing Manager, define and develop the brand's social media strategy including tone of voice, editorial, content and creative across all channels including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- In collaboration with the marketing team, create, plan and execute both organic and paid strategies to complement and optimise the marketing calendar
- Support our pizzerias by creating local content
- Constantly look for opportunities, partnerships, and new ways to innovate on social media
- Evaluate, analysis and report on social media performance
- Stay up to date on industry knowledge including current and emerging trends across all social media platforms and tools
Community Management
- Provide community management across our social media pages, working closely with operations, HR and marketing colleagues to create a brilliant customer experience
- Monitor and respond to comments and questions, ensuring all responses are both on time and on brand, escalating where necessary
- Ensure Franco Manca's brand values are reflected in all communication and interactions with customers
About you
You may not have digital marketing experience, but you are a digital native. A reel geek of insta tiktok facebook and so on. You know how to capture and create engaging content for your audience.
You are curious, passionate and ready to travel around London (and sometimes the UK) to visit our restaurants, engage with our teams and create spot on content.
The skills you need:
- A natural with video/photo editing
- Passionate about great customer service, you're a brilliant communicator and a great team player
- Energetic and organised with a keen eye for detail
- A creative thinker, ready to challenge the norm and try new things
- Sleeves rolled up, you will be ready to get involved and have some fun with our food, our followers and our teams!
