Established for over 40 years, this world leading company specialise in the design & manufacture of specialist safety systems for use in a wide variety of industries. They have developed an unrivalled reputation within their market and are the global leader within it. With recent investments and big plans for the future, they are now going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Lead Technical Support Engineer to join their expert team.

In this customer facing role you will be leading a small team, predominantly providing over the phone 1st line technical support to clients around the UK. This will involve supporting clients with installations, repairs and any other ongoing problems with products. In addition to this you will also be involved in project work and have the opportunity to travel to customer sites to assess their technical support needs. You will also be provided with extensive training in order for you to become an expert on their products.

This role would therefore suit an individual with experience in a technical customer support role related to electronics/electrics/hardware or similar, and who is looking for a new challenge at a global leading company.

The Role:

  • Leading a small technical support team

The Person:

  • Experience in a technical customer support role
  • Understanding of electronics/electrics/hardware or similar
