My client in Basingstoke is seeking 2 Payroll Administrators to join their team on 3 month temporary contracts with the possibility of permanent opportunities for the successful candidates.

Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and legislation, including tax and pension contributions.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax details, and deductions.
  • Address payroll queries from employees and liaise with HR to resolve any issues.
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the finance department
  • Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate reporting and smooth financial operations.

Profile

  • A strong understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
  • Proficiency in relevant payroll software.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
