My client is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support across key retail partners. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes from order receipt to dispatch.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and promptly, overseeing the process from receipt to invoice/despatch.
- Liaise with various departments such as Warehouse, Finance, and Sales to ensure efficient order dispatch.
- Communicate with customers to confirm order receipt, provide updates on delivery timelines, and address any issues.
- Manage uploads and data entry into customer order processing systems, ensuring proficiency and accuracy.
- Distribute sales samples and testers as requested by the sales team.
- Keep the sales team and senior management informed of any order processing issues or delays, as well as any significant customer updates.
- Aid in the preparation for meetings and customer visits as needed.
- Participate in monthly planning sessions with the sales team to discuss customer promotions, stock issues, and new opportunities.
- Assist with the day-to-day management of selected accounts, maintaining direct customer contact and providing regular updates to senior management.
- Show flexibility to work across different brands and teams as required, and support the training of new team members.

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with both phone and face-to-face interactions.

- Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is preferred.
