**Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate bids, tenders, and proposals with attorneys and technical teams
- Maintain and update BD collateral, credentials, and marketing materials
- Support event planning and logistics for conferences, webinars, and client workshops
- Manage the CRM system: track leads, update pipelines, and generate reports
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and business development plans
- Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Travel to other UK and European offices as needed for events and relationship building

**Bids and Marketing Executive Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in business development within professional services (legal, consulting, IP, or technical sectors)
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication and proposal writing abilities
