We have been exclusively instructed on this exciting opportunity by one of our key clients. Working for a highly entrepreneurial property group and reporting directly to the founders, you will be a key figure in the growth and scale up of this highly ambitious business after a recent cash injection.
Your new role
In this unique opportunity, you will be based in their Manchester office, assisting the business through a period of transition and change. You will have responsibility for the provision of timely and robust management reporting of the Group's commercial and residential operations. You will update internal controls, whilst also implementing changes and driving performance and reviewing existing practice, whilst driving improvements, commercially and operationally.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be suitably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with previous experience of working within a high profile role where you have driven change and performance, ideally within an entrepreneurial setting. The client has stated that there will be an advantage to those who have property and/or family office experience.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive salary of between £150k - £180k depending on experience. This opportunity will immediately allow you to be part of a high profile and business critical position and gain fantastic exposure to a fast paced 'scale up' project.
