Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to distribution
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages and excesses
- Utilise data analysis to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team of 5
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools – (ideally D365 and SAP)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and continuous improvement
