This role's primary responsibility is to generate showroom traffic by converting digital enquiries into confirmed showroom appointments, acting as the first point of contact for customers across all digital platforms. Working closely with the sales team, the successful candidate will coordinate and book appointments, manage enquiries, process deposits, and ensure that potential customers feel valued and engaged.

The Role:
- Engage customers via digital channels such as email, live chat, WhatsApp Business and phone to book appointments for showroom visits, driving traffic to the dealership
- Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team, ensuring diaries are efficiently managed and appointment are properly coordinated to optimise customer experience and team effectiveness
- Accurately process customer deposits, providing clear explanations on terms and refunds policies, all while complying with FCA regulations. Ensure secure and efficient processing and documentation.
- Build strong rapport with potential buyers, encouraging them to visit the showroom, where they can see the value and quality the vehicles in person
- Achieve monthly KPI's of 15 deposits and 40 attended appointments, supporting the team in hitting their sales goals
- Maintain FCA compliance and ensure accurate recording of all customer interactions and transactions, in alignment with dealership and regulatory standards
The Person:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or enquiry-handling role
- Understanding of car features, specifications, and the automotive industry
- Full clean UK driving licence
