Construction Site Manager required to supervise a large roofing project on a social housing scheme in Cheadle
Site Manager will need to have the following tickets:
- Valid in date SMSTS.
- Valid in date First Aid training.
- Level 4 NVQ (preferred)
- Scaffold Inspection (These are standard scaffolds to domestic properties)
- Asbestos Awareness
- Work At Height (Roof replacement)
- Possible weekend work to suit workload, but not guaranteed.
- Social Housing experience (preferred)
