Residential Property Solicitor
to join their prestigious law firm, specialising in high-net-worth clients.
Role
:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a portfolio of HNW clients, handling complex property transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and more. You will offer high-quality legal advice, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for some of the most discerning individuals in the property market.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Handling high-value property transactions from instruction to completion
- Advising clients on a range of property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and lease agreements
- Conducting due diligence and managing complex contractual negotiations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with HNW clients, estate agents, and financial advisors
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and providing risk management advice
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in residential property law
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth clients and managing complex property transactions
- Strong knowledge of the residential property market and conveyancing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a demanding caseload with meticulous attention to detail
- Client-focused with a commercial approach
