Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next role?
The company you will be working for is an established Main contractor with projects consisting of education, healthcare, Ministry of Defence, and mixed-use projects up to £20m in value.You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Commercial team in supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Responsibilities
Your day to day will include:
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Groups policies for risk management
- Prepare and present monthly cost reports, value works executed by Subcontractors and certify interim and final payments.
- Assist the team with commercial and contractual expertise
Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- Proven experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle in education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, Ministry of Defence, and mixed-use projects
- Experience in both JCT & NEC forms of contracts
