Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join the Partnership Tax team as a Partnership Tax Associate Director. The Partnership Tax team is the largest in the UK and in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly focusing on professional partnerships, LLPs, and their partners, as well as corporate businesses. You will lead client relationships, provide tax compliance and advisory services, and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective responses to their needs.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts internally and externally to support business growth.
  • Address complex tax issues and provide innovative solutions with support from senior team members.
  • Play an active role in team management, including coaching and mentoring junior staff.
  • Collaborate with other service groups within the firm, both nationally and internationally, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate and/or partnership tax compliance and advisory, preferably with a focus on professional partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead teams effectively.
  • Strong commitment to personal and professional development.
