We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support my clients sales team in achieving sales targets. This role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the satisfaction of orders. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills, dedicated to promoting customer satisfaction and supporting sales growth.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist the sales team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Manage urgent communications, respond to customer queries, inform customers of delays, arrange delivery dates, and assist with marketing promotions.
  • Handle orders via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy in prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Process orders according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including credit control, to ensure efficient handling of sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to keep sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Support dealers in increasing their knowledge and use of Toro systems and resources.
  • Maintain dealer records and communications via CRM system – SalesForce.
  • Support parts sales and export sales as required.
  • UK travel may be required occasionally for dealer visits, trade shows, and dealer events.
  • Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
  • Computer literacy with advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of business processes and efficiency, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong team player with a full clean UK driving license and access to a car.
