Hays are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager to support a multi-site project in Devon. As a Project Manager, you will work alongside experienced and passionate colleagues from various departments, including Payroll, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and more. Your role will be pivotal in creating a better future for others by managing construction and renovation projects within the public sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering projects with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £500,000.
- Managing multiple projects at different stages of development across various disciplines and establishments.
- Overseeing low value, high volume minor work projects.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years managerial and technical experience in project delivery for construction and renovation works.
- Proven experience of managing project budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Project Management qualifications.
- Experience in the public sector, defence, or similar fields is preferred.
- Valid driving licence.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and people skills.
