Are you an Engineering Manager with a background in HGV/PSV, looking to work for an expanding company who offers the opportunity to progress and advance your career and excellent company benefits?
On offer is the chance to join a company who handles public transportation contracts with local authorities. The company is growing exponentially and is looking for someone to join and manage their close team of engineers.
You will be managing a team of 9 engineers to ensure the maintenance and repairs of the vehicle fleet. You will also monitor that safety and compliance regulations are followed. Finally, you will need to assist engineers in their daily tasks and working hands-on when required.
This role would suit an Engineering Manager with a HGV/PSV background or similar, looking for a company that will invest in their growth, give you more responsibilities and offer you great company benefits.
The Role:
- 70/30 split between managing the engineering team and working hands-on
- Managing engineers for the maintenance and repairs of the fleet
- Ensuring adherence and compliance of regulations
- Monday to Friday 7.30 - 5.30
- Company vehicle
The Person:
- Engineering Manager or similar
- HGV/PSV background or similar
- Commutable to Stoke-on-Trent
