Role- Customer Service Specialist
Location: Loughton, IG10 2TR
Salary: £13.12 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Contract Duration: 12 months minimum, potential for a permanent position

Position Overview:
The position of Customer Service Specialist is within our Rapid Diagnostics business working across the UK. This role requires you to work in line with standard operating procedures whilst ensuring all KPI's are achieved. The work you perform as part of this role impacts our customer experience and will assist in maximizing the operational efficiency and effectiveness of Customer Operations. This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.

Responsibilities:
Provide support in customer service functions to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
Work methodically to ensure that standard operating procedures are followed and that workload is prioritized to meet agreed SLA's/KPI's.
Accurately complete all tasks performed, which may include but are not limited to:
Fixed Site and Medical Centre Bookings
Management of medical centre openings
Chemist on Call
Answering customer queries via telephone and email
Dashboard administration tasks
Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to your team performance and identify ways of improving performance against these targets.

Basic Qualifications | Education:
Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role.
Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
A dynamic team player who is collaborative but leads by example.
IT literate with a good level of experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or customer service position.

Grow: Complete tasks and other ad-hoc projects as directed by your Supervisor/Manager.

Drives for Results: Monitor and manage changes to demonstrate improvements in KPI's or performance-related issues.
Focuses on Customers: Be customer-focused with previous experience working in a busy team.
