Sales Administration Manager
Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Administration Manager to join them in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a hands-on role, requiring a confident self-starter with strong administration skills and experience in Sage 50 (or similar).
Key Duties
- Handle incoming calls and sales inquiries
- Process orders and invoices on Sage 50
- Arrange deliveries/collections with hauliers
- Address transportation issues
- Produce invoices, handle payments, and manage credit control on Sage 50
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Oversee office staff as the team expands
- Ensure health and safety standards
- Prepare policies, letters, and reports
- Follow up on sales quotations
- Maintain databases
- Create sales flyers
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of high-level office experience
- Proficiency in Sage 50 or similar accounting software
- Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, assertive, able to work independently
- Experience in a product-oriented environment is essential
