Sales Administration Manager

Location: Stratford-upon-Avon

Salary Range: £28,000 - £35,000

Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Are you a highly organised, proactive professional with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Administration Manager to join them in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a hands-on role, requiring a confident self-starter with strong administration skills and experience in Sage 50 (or similar).

Key Duties

  • Handle incoming calls and sales inquiries
  • Process orders and invoices on Sage 50
  • Arrange deliveries/collections with hauliers
  • Address transportation issues
  • Produce invoices, handle payments, and manage credit control on Sage 50
  • Maintain accurate stock records
  • Oversee office staff as the team expands
  • Ensure health and safety standards
  • Prepare policies, letters, and reports
  • Follow up on sales quotations
  • Maintain databases
  • Create sales flyers

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of high-level office experience
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 or similar accounting software
  • Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, assertive, able to work independently
  • Experience in a product-oriented environment is essential
