Location: Head Office - Colnbrook (Must be a car driver or live within a commutable distance of Colnbrook)
Salary: up to £26,000
Hours: Full-time 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday - Fully Office Based

We're seeking a motivated and versatile Admin & HR Support professional who is eager to develop their skills within HR.

About the Role:
In this newly created role you'll play a pivotal part in both recruitment and HR administration for the branch network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include recruitment tasks, preparing and writing HR letters, attending office meetings, and data analysis.

We're looking for a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail who can solve problems efficiently and thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Manage the hiring process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Attending Office Meetings: Participate in and contribute to meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and Write HR Letters: Draft and manage HR correspondence with precision.
  • Data Analysis and Problem Solving: Utilise data to make informed decisions and tackle challenges effectively.

About you:

You will have;
* Experience in HR Administration already ideally or proven experience in an administrative role

  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead and inspire within a team setting.
  • Excellent Excel and Word Skills: Proficiency in these programs is crucial.
  • Team Work Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent Numeracy and Organisational Skills: Attention to detail and effective organisation.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent Communication skills: Strong written and spoken communication skills are required
