Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Assist with design development across residential, hospitality, and community projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed renders.
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver creative solutions.
- Work on planning submissions and assist with project coordination.
- RIBA Part 2 qualification.
- Proficiency in industry standard software's- Microstation is used within the team, but training can be provided.
- Strong design and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of UK planning and building regulations is desirable.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and independently.
- You must be living locally to the office.
