Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant
, working closely with your team and playing a pivotal role in the organisation. The role will suit someone who has strong experience with Oracle HCM with a solid understanding of business processes. In addition to these technical skills, successful candidates should be highly motivated and focus on collaboration.
Responsibilities of the Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant
- Collaborating and engaging with external suppliers to lead future developments within HR
- Consulting with stakeholders on changes and developments via the use of Oracle HCM
- Supporting stakeholders and providing training for Oracle HCM use to ensure adequate planning of upcoming solutions
- Delivering requirement analytics and giving guidance on planning and estimation dependencies
Experience of the Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant
- Proficiency with Oracle Cloud HCM – Payroll and Core HR modules are recommended
- Extensive experience with HCM implementation
- Ability to design, implement and consult upon Oracle HCM within a compounded working environment
- Intermediate knowledge with additional Oracle HCM modules is desired but not a mandatory requirement
