What You Will Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for a specified group of farmers, ensuring all communication regarding movement and execution is both accurate and timely.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships by attending Business Manager meetings, regional farmer meetings, and relevant agricultural events.
- Manage activities related to purchase contract maintenance for a group of farmers.
- Coordinate farmer collections with the Consumer Service Co-ordinator.
- Negotiate allowances with farmers and ensure accurate entry onto the system.
- Contribute proactively to the Operations team, prioritising service, efficiency, and accuracy.
What You Will Bring:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders.
- A proven track record of driving operational best practices through engagement.
- Competency in using IT programmes with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Agility in thinking and the ability to function at a high level in a changing environment.
- A willingness to travel to other sites as required.
