Finance Systems Analyst - Hybrid (3 days in the office) £45,000 - £50,000 + 15% bonus

My client is a global group of businesses focusing on the health and wellbeing of people across the world by investing in life saving technology companies.
What you will be doing!
They are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to be a key member in numerous huge financial implementation projects, including a global digital transformation that includes process re-design, consolidation, reporting, business intelligence analytics with opportunities to work on many projects you can make your own, such as delivery of a major project implementing a finance reporting system over the next 2-3 years
You'll be brought up to speed with incredible training and support with all equipment you could possibly need provided!
- Supporting subsidiaries to complete monthly submissions by resolving any issues or queries.
- Implementing change to chart of accounts and other structural system updates.
- Stakeholder engagement to communicate change.
- Training users in system process and supporting the onboarding process.
- Creating new reports, updating existing reports and being proactive to suggest improvements to reporting.
- Supporting the Finance group during the annual budgeting cycle.
Essential / Desirable experience
They are not looking for many things in particular - this would be open for a lot of people with the following:
- Strong understanding of finance function from AP/AR transactions, Profit/loss, balance sheets and end reporting.
- Good presentation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Great attention to detail and ability to analyse data
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- AAT Qualified or part qualified ACCA / CIMA, a Finance/Accounting background is required.
- Experience with system implementations or change management with Finance systems is desirable, the candidate must have a passion for driving change in internal management and reporting.
