A young and dynamic construction company, dedicated to delivering high-end private residential projects, is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Thame, Oxfordshire.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role
- Delivering contractually robust tenders to meet deadlines
- Managing contracts accurately and professionally
- Procuring and managing subcontractor and supplier accounts post-tender
- Conducting project valuation, forecasting, and financial submission
- Involvement in tender processes and contract negotiations
- Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, architects, PQS firms, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Working methodically, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
The Quantity Surveyor's Experience
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
- Ability to work methodically and accurately
- MRICS qualification preferred but not essential
