Salary: £14.00 per hr Days & Weekends / 10.50 per hr Sleep-in shifts
Hours: Various Hrs available from 12 - 40 per wk ( weekdays & weekends, days & nights including bank holidays)
An exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, providing 2 to 1, 24 hour support services to an adult female who has acquired brain and spinal cord injury.
Based in the family home you would be required to provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities.
The role requires attendance of medical and therapy appointments as well as community outings.
Previous experience of working in a care environment is preferred. Applicants should be outgoing with a bubbly personality.
Applicants should be aware that the family have a number of small dogs and they should be comfortable working around the animals.
Hours of work
- Various hours of work available from 12 – 40 per week, to be discussed at interview.
- Shifts available are Weekdays and Weekends (days and nights, including bank holidays), the care team work 365 days per year.
- Evening dinner is provided when working this shift.
Rates of pay:
- £14.00 per hour days & weekends
- £10.50 per hour sleep-in shifts
- Applicants must be able to drive and have access to their own vehicle.
Due to the nature of the role an enhanced Disclosure and Barring certificate will be required.
