**Job Title: Sales Progressor Location: Redditch Basic Salary: £23,000 OTE: £30,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
A market leading, multi-branch, independent estate agent is looking for a Sales Progressor to join their Redditch Branch team.

Responsibilities
- Manage and progress the pipeline
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers and solicitors on a regular basis
- Maintain company CRM system
- Deal with price negotiations as required
- Arrange and conduct key release
- Work towards monthly targets
