Procurement Manager | Yeovil | £46,000 - £48,000 per annum | Perm | Hybrid (2 days per month in Office)
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation with national coverage, to recruit a Procurement Manager on a permanent basis.
A strong background in procurement, extensive tendering experience and knowledge of frameworks are essential.
The role offers a hybrid working policy; with 2 days per month required on site for meetings in the Yeovil office.
Role:
- Provide procurement advice, assistance and guidance to customers
- Manage procurement projects that deliver value for money but comply with relevant guidance and legislation
- Develop and maintain quality relationships with customers, with an ability to manage multiple tenders/projects at once
Individual:
- Ideally suited to a candidate with experience and knowledge of public sector regulations
- CIPS qualified, or relevant experience
- A strong background in procurement, with a proactive mindset
