Our Client is a very successful Pharmaceutical manufacturer. They are now seeking an Artwork Administrator. This position will be office based near Bedford with the option of hybrid working after probation. It is a full-time permanent role.
Job Purpose
- An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to maintain and implement artwork revisions in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs & Marketing for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging on Ethical and OTC products.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee artwork changes, collaborating with external design agencies, printers and suppliers and proofread amended artwork.
- Obtain and raise new part codes in relation to artwork changes within IFS ERP System.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of artwork specifications, revisions, and approvals.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring adherence to project schedules.
- Maintain component Change Log, conducting regular audits or artwork files and documentation to ensure compliance.
- Maintain digital colour library.
- Support monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Support packaging manager in packaging projects where required.
Qualifications / Experience
- Previous experience in a similar Artwork Administrative role.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation.
- Collaborative skills to work closely with company stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Flexible and adaptive and able to use own initiative.
- Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) and other computer systems e.g. ERP Systems.
- Experience of using Adobe Acrobat.
