Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive

Premier Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5 years Post-Qualification Experience to join a dynamic team in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling a diverse caseload across a range of legal disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing and progressing a varied caseload from inception to resolution.

Providing expert legal advice and representation in matters relating to:
-
Landlord and Tenant disputes (both residential and commercial)
-
Property Law
-
Employment Law
-
Personal Injury claims
-
Probate matters
-
Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.

Representing clients in court, mediation, and arbitration.

Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant legislation and case law.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and client care skills.
Requirements:
- 5 years PQE as a Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
- Comprehensive experience across the aforementioned areas of law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to case management and client engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
