Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Plumber to join a leading Property Services company in Waltham Forest on a 3 month contract with opportunity to go Permanent
Offering £22.65 paye umbrella + van and fuel card (no CIS options) Overtime available
- Carry out Plumbing repairs to occupied and void properties to include Tap changes, sinks, showers, baths and minor repair works
- You will work to deliver the best quality service, you'll carrying out responsive and planned works around the service area
- Be Multi skilled in your trade to include either, remedial Carpentry or plastering and tiling
- Full UK driving licence
- Trade related NVQ2 or C&G
- Previous experience in a Social housing domestic setting
