�? Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of our educational team, working closely with teachers and students to enhance the learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
- Providing one-on-one and small group support to students who need additional help
- Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
- Helping to create and organise learning materials and resources
- Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to meet the diverse needs of our students
?? Requirements:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who are committed to supporting student learning and well-being. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children or young people, preferably in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (desirable but not essential)
