Customer Engagement Supervisor Duties:
- Carry out one to ones and appraisal reviews
- Creating development plans for employees
- Produce performance reports
- Manage rotas and annual leave requests
- Conduct investigations and disciplinaries when needed
- Handle customer escalations and complaints
