SEN Teacher | Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualised education plans for each student.
- Set specific, measurable goals tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and other support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
SEN Teacher | Requirements
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Bachelor's degree/Qualifications in Special Education or a related field is desirable.
- Previous experience working with children with severe SEN, ASD and disabilities.
- Understanding of various disabilities and SEN, including autism spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, and cognitive impairments.
