The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor candidate will have experience managing a team whilst managing their own caseload and have good business development skills.
Team moves and mergers will be considered.
The firm is long established, multi-practice and expected to grow. The partners mention increases in profits over the past few years and would like to double the size of the department as per of their business plan.
As the new Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Partner, you will be supervising fee-earners and handling matters including but not limited to:
- Sales and purchases
- Lease extensions
- Transfers of equity
The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Partner must be:
- Qualified with 8+ years of experience
- Able to manage their own caseload and manage a team
- Commercially minded
