In this role you will:

  • Play a pivotal role within our organisation, working alongside our own experts and collaborating with our customers, becoming the ‘go to' for charging, electric vehicles, and future transformation agendas.
  • Ensure that projects are on track, through daily monitoring, project management routines and the documenting of defined decision-making.
  • Enable the business to achieve its global brand position of, ‘Driving the shift to a sustainable transport solution'.
  • Implement Scania's sustainability strategy through electrification of both our customers products, and our internal operations.
  • Oversee the adoption, application, and governance of Government funded schemes to help drive our strategy towards alternative power trains.
  • Help design and adapt our support services for BEV vehicles on the road, that are in the early adoption phase.
  • Gather industry insights and perform benchmarking to ensure Scania is at the forefront of new technologies.

You are:

  • Keen to learn – becoming the ‘go to' person for charging and EV. Working with our in-house engineers, experts, and external parties to keep Scania's knowledge at the forefront of the market.
  • Able to drive change - support Scania's sustainability strategy through electrification.
  • Organised - prioritise and coordinate initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions and meet project deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator – communicating and coaching teams across the business as well as external customers and stakeholders.
  • Trustworthy – establishing relationships and trust with customers, as we walk with them on the electrification journey.
