Previous Experience

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in any client-facing industry. We value applicants who possess transferable skills from other sectors and will offer comprehensive support and guidance for all aspects of the role.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards.
  • Supervise on-site staff, including CEAs, cleaners, handymen, and contractors.
  • Balance daily responsibilities, conduct one-on-one meetings, and manage team development.
  • Lead daily team meetings, approve leave, document sickness, and act as Centre Manager when needed.
  • Follow and model procedures.
  • Decorate show offices, manage client office moves, and conduct safety checks.
  • Foster community with clients, address needs promptly, and organise engagement events.
  • Handle client billing as required.
  • Onsite 5 days a week.
  • Responsive and on-call for site emergencies or client requests.
