Finance Administrator

Our client, a leading company in the life sciences supplies industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their finance team. With a strong reputation in the market, they are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to their global customer base.

This role is on a temporary basis, with a view to become permanent. Due to the location of my client, it is essential that you have a vehicle, no public transport available to site.

Responsibilities:

  • Post and reconcile daily cash transactions
  • Reconciling of payment accounts
  • Chasing of client payments
  • Conduct credit checking
  • Ensure client contact details are up to date
  • Incoming invoices to be received and receipted
  • Assist in resolution of billing discrepancies.
  • Assisting and supporting the finance team with general administration duties

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical proficiency.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
