Profile
A successful HR Admin Team Leader should have:
- Previously managed a HR Admin/Shared Service team
- Ability to manage workload ensure the business SLA's are met
- Coach, guide and develop a team of HR Administrators
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software (SAP ideally) and MS Office
- Analyse and report HR data
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
