Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a supportive, purpose-driven team? A leading global beauty brand is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join its dedicated team supporting independent sales consultants across the UK and beyond.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for customer and sales force enquiries, you'll be a true brand ambassador—bringing positivity, professionalism, and a service mindset to every interaction. This role supports all aspects of customer service and sales operations, from handling queries to supporting campaigns and managing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to email enquiries, logging all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Order & Data Processing: Maintain and update customer records, process order discrepancies, returns, and product replacements.
  • Operational Coordination: Liaise with third-party logistics partners for tracking, claims, and escalations; manage stock-related tasks and back orders.
  • Sales Support: Fulfil recognition and career path awards, coordinate materials for events, and provide admin support for compliance checks.
  • Office Administration: Support general office tasks including purchase orders, equipment management, product displays, and basic maintenance.
  • Compliance & Records Management: Adhere to GDPR/data privacy regulations and maintain departmental files per company policy.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-channel environment.
  • Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word); CRM system experience a plus (Salesforce preferred).
  • Clear, precise communication and a service-first mindset.
  • Calm under pressure with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Team player with a positive, proactive approach to work.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel within the UK for key company events (approx. twice annually).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages an asset).

Join a passionate, values-driven team in a supportive role that makes a real impact on customer satisfaction and the success of our independent beauty consultants.
