Job Title: Sales Executive
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: North Leicestershire, LE14
Salary: £30,000 + Monthly Commission & Annual Bonus
Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periods.

You will need to be able to drive due to the location of the office.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales individual to join our clients team based at their head offices in North-East Leicestershire. This is an opportunity to join a highly energetic, and driven sales department, which has been the route of the business success.

As a Sales individual, you will be responsible for working closely alongside the Business Development/Telesales team with the below responsibilities:

- Make outgoing calls to existing customers from an existing database of contacts to secure Service Contract Renewals.
- Receive incoming calls/web enquiries from potential customers and prepare and issue quotes for new service enquiries.
- Follow up on all quotations to close and secure the sale and manage sales close admin.
- Upsell new/alternative products to existing customer base.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to confirm engineer availability and competence.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM system by keeping accurate notes on discussions and scheduling appropriate 'next steps'.
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

The successful Sales Executive will need to have experience working within a fast-paced sales or customer service role and be looking to take the next step within a progressive sales career. You will need to be a proactive and self-motivated individual, who thrives on building life-long business relationships. You will be highly organised, and able to manage your time effectively, to maximise every opportunity.

Monthly commission is earned by delivering at least 80% of your set KPI's, which are easily achieved across the whole team through consistency and hard work. There is also an annual bonus which is relating to your annual sales performance.

In depth product training and advice will be given to the successful individual.
