SRM Recruitment are working with a national business with offices in Stevenage. They are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join the small but established team. You will need to be detail orientated whilst also having great customer service and communication skills.
- Efficiently book and schedule customer appointments.
- Provide outstanding customer service through phone and email, responding to queries quickly
- Accurately raise and manage invoices, ensuring all billing is completed in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, appointments, and billing information
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
