Leading media events business proudly ranked in the Sunday Times fastest growing companies is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to their rapidly growing team.

The role:

The Customer Success Manager is a gateway into their high performing Sales or Productions teams, allowing you to develop your talents in either field.

A Customer Success Manager is responsible for supporting customer relations, event production and management of sponsorship clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain customer records, updating contact information and tracking communication history.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication with clients.
  • Assist the sponsorship sales team in the management of contracts across the portfolio.
  • Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure on-time delivery of products/services.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to monitor inventory levels.
  • Support the wider production team in the planning and delivery of events including event preparation.
  • To carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the production function
  • Updating websites with speaker details

Key Requirements:

  • Hard working with an attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience in customer service and interacting with business professionals.
  • Articulate, intelligent and organised.
  • Professional phone manner and writing skills.
  • Experience using IT systems and software such as Excel, Word, Outlook
