Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Founder led and Private equity

Salary:
£130,000 - £160,000 per annum + Bonus

Job Duties:
- Developing financial strategies and plans
- Monitoring financial performance
- Oversee all reporting processes, including managing the month end and year end process and the submission of timely financial reporting
- Preparation and ownership of monthly management accounts.
- In-depth understanding and analysis of margin, operating costs etc. to identify trends, risks and opportunities and provide data driven recommendations.
- Prepare and Present accurate and timely financial reports at monthly board meetings.
- Ownership of the company's debt financing.
- Managing financial risks
- Overseeing budgeting and forecasting
- Providing financial guidance to senior management
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Leading financial reporting and analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Fully Qualified with Ideally 10 years PQE
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial role
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior management role

Working Conditions:
The CFO role is based in London and requires full-time commitment. The position may involve occasional travel for business meetings and industry events.
