Machinist | Widnes| Full Time | £16 to £20 Per Hour
Due to continued growth a permanent position has opened for a
Conventional / Manual Machinist
to join our highly skilled and motivated team.
As a highly reputable, long-established player in the manufacture, repair and supply of
rotary industrial equipment
our client is growing and looking for an
experienced workshop Machinist
who can manufacture and repair parts to support our workshop.
The Role:
- Repair and manufacture of parts using our lathes, vertical drill milling machine, surface grinder etc.
- Assist with other key tasks within the workshop
- Working within Health and Safety guidelines
- Overtime and weekend work available
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience required in similar position
- Confident problem solver
- Fabrication and mechanical fitting experience is beneficial but not essential
- Attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Good housekeeping and time management
- Full Driving License
