Description

The key responsibilities of an Central Operations Admin candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Report to the Central Operations team.
  • Data input into internal & external systems.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  • Checking staff ID meets safer recruitment requirements.
  • Manage outbound email.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system and database.
  • DBS check for personnel.
  • Support team members in day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure all procedures comply with company regulations and professional standards.

Profile

A successful Central Operations Admin should have:

  • Relevant education in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to commute to Bolton.
