About the Role
: As a Private Client Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE, you will handle a diverse range of private client matters, working within a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and tax planning.
- Providing clear, practical, and high-quality legal advice to clients. • Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to private client work.
- Keeping up to date with changes in private client law and ensuring compliance with legal standards and practices.
- Working closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions and support.
The Candidate for Private Client Solicitor
The ideal candidate will have
: • At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client law. • A strong track record of managing a diverse range of private client cases.
- The ability and willingness to work in the office.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently. • The ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
The role requires a minimum of 10 hours a week
