Accounts Payable Clerk / £26,000 - £28,000 / Liverpool City Centre / 6 month FTC (possible temp to perm)
Adaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their dynamic team on a 6 month temporary contract with the possibility of going permanent
Package:
- Salary £26,000 - £28,000
- flexible working hours
- Hybrid working pattern - 2 days from home
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Job Duties:
- Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate basis
- Preparation of payment proposals
- Making payments via BACS
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Supporting wider finance team internally
- Admin/ad hoc duties as required
Who will I report into?
This role will report directly into the Finance Manager
When will interviews be taking place?
Interview will be happening ASAP
Ideal experience?
- Worked in a fast-paced purchase ledger environment with high volumes essential
- Great communications skills to relay key information to other staff
- Good excel and system skills essential
