Job Title: Facilities Co-ordinator
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £28- 32k
Contract: Permanent

A well established manufacturing production company has an opportunity for a facilities co-ordinator.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the maintenance, H&S and facilities across the site. This will include the production facility/warehouse and offices.

Duties:
Maintain security system
Co-ordinating contractors
Booking annual services and inspections
Fire Risk management - weekly and periodic drill
Site inductions
Monthly tool box talks
Ordering/ organising stationery, cleaning, tea and coffee etc
Central Admin contact for all building and office services

This role will involve occasional travel, so a driving licence and your own vehicle are essential.

About You
You will have some experience in a similar role with facilities management and ideally a manufacturing environment. Have IOSH or Nebosh.
Excellent IT skills and communication skills
UK Driving licence
